Terms & Conditions

• No Refund Policy:

  • No refunds will be provided once an order is placed.
  • All orders placed after 18th October, 2024 will be shipped after 10th December, 2024. Kindly note - orders once placed will not be cancelled or changed. No refunds will be provided as well.

• Returns Policy:

  • No returns are allowed.
  • If a customer is unable to accept the parcel, return charges and reshipment charges will apply.
  • The parcel will be reshipped only after the customer covers the return and reshipment charges.

• Complaints and Replacement:

  • Any complaints or issues must be reported with a full unboxing video within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Complaints on raw material ingredients will only be considered if the product is in its original packaging and sealed.
  • No replacement or refund is provided on tools, packaging materials, lipstick moulds, raw materials or any products listed on the website.

• Order Confirmation:

  • Orders will be confirmed only upon 100% advance payment.

• Delivery Time:

  • The delivery time may vary between 5-10 working days based on courier availability until 18th October. 2024. 
  • All orders placed after 18th October, 2024 will be shipped after 10th December, 2024. Kindly note - orders once placed will not be cancelled or changed. No refunds will be provided as well.
