Description:

Sodium Gluconate is an off-white powdered compound produced by fermenting sugar derived from corn and beets. The gluconic acid obtained from fermentation is neutralized to form sodium gluconate. It is a biodegradable, non-toxic ingredient used as a chelating agent, preservative, and stabilizer in both cosmetic and industrial formulations. Known for its excellent metal ion-binding properties, it enhances formulation stability and performance, especially in hard water conditions.

0.1% – 0.5%
